Fall is here
Although the weather is near perfect during the days the season are changing and it is now the removal time of year. We all know that everyone would like to enjoy our docks as long as possible but just a reminder that it may be time to start planing. For any info check out the website at www.dockmasterrampsandfloats.com or give us a call at (207) 751-2317 to see if we can give you a hand this fall with your removal, transportation or storage needs.

Dockmaster Ramps & Floats- truly a family business
My kids were just playing in the living room and they had the play tool box out. I asked my son if he was fixing something or building something. My 3 year old daughter responded, "He's building a dock. He's going to put it on the back of his truck and bring it down to the water. Then he'll put it on the water." I had to laugh. I guess she's been hanging out with her Grandpa and Uncle's too much lately. Its nice to know the third generation is getting ready to join in at a young age....I wonder if how the little wooden hammer works for building aluminum docks?

Cold morning in Maine
It was 26 degrees this morning when the guys got up to start working. They are working on a shore piece out on Foster's Point and need a dead low tide. The dropping temperatures don't seem to be slowing down Dockmaster ramps & floats this year. They actually have a float in the shop that is still to be installed this year!

A new ad

This is a first draft of our new ad for a couple of local boat publications. We are looking for something clean and simple, that let people know what we make aluminum docks, ramps, floats and shore pieces. We really don't want too much clutter though, we'd rather have the ad showcase the product and drive people to the website for more info. What do you think?

On the road again...
Look at that trailer all loaded up! Today we were able to back it right into the water and practically just push the ramp and float off. If only that were all that easy!
